Sterling Construction Inc. has been a contractor in the Treasure Valley for over 30 years. Our pricing is very competitive because we are a smaller company with a low overhead. We don’t subcontract most of the work but use our employees so that Sterling Construction will be there for you from the beginning to the end.
Sterling Construction Inc. will sit down with you at your convenience to discuss your project vision. We take your ideas to a designer/architect, and they will draft your dream remodel on paper. If desired, we can also give you alternative ideas.
Each contract is unique and tailored to your needs. It includes a detailed list of the scope of work to accomplish, the total cost of labor and materials to complete the project, payment installment dates, and an estimated date for completion.
We will give you a contract with details of the scope of work to be completed with the price in the contract. Sterling Construction Inc. will have this contract signed by both parties. Unless you desire changes along the way, the price in the contract stands. We have never deviated from the contracted price.
Of course, changing our minds is a part of life! If the change desired does not increase the labor or materials, we will not change the price of the contract will not change. Since we are on-site continuously, we can facilitate the change quickly. However, if you need substantial changes, we will assemble a Change Order document that includes the addition or subtraction of charges.
